Welcome to the University of Chicago A Cappella Council website! Here, you can find information about all of the groups on campus, hear audio clips and watch videos of performances, listen to samples from CDs, find links to the individual groups' websites, or contact the group leadership directly for information on booking performances or auditioning for the group.
Showcase Concert
Be sure to come to the A Cappella Showcase concert which will be held on Monday, 9/26 at 8:30 PM in the McCormick-Tribune Lounge in the Reynolds Club to hear all of the groups perform (you'll also be able to sign up for an audition time after the concert).
Auditions
Auditions for the 2011-2012 season will take place on Tuesday 9/27, and Wednesday 9/28 in Cobb Hall. Each of the 7 groups will have its own room on one or two floors in the same building to make the process less complicated for both the groups and our auditionees. To schedule an audition, contact the group(s) you're interested in joining directly to reserve a timeslot.
